This is a key role on a large-scale project approaching its final phases, requiring a detail-driven professional who can deliver high-quality homes in line with programme deadlines and exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all finishing trades to ensure exceptional quality across multiple plots.

Manage snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes.

Coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong site presence to drive productivity.

Work closely with the Site and Project Management teams to meet completion targets.

Ensure all units are customer-ready and compliant with health & safety regulations.
