ROA Talent is working with a leading international contractor delivering a Data Centre fit-out project in Finland.

We are looking to speak with experienced Finishing Managers or Section Managers who have a strong background in fast-track project delivery, ideally within Data Centres, mission critical, commercial fit-out or large-scale construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finishing and fit-out activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and drive programme delivery
• Monitor quality, snagging and handover processes
• Work closely with Project Management and site teams
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained
