Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in Finishing and Nominated subcontract management including super luxurious Finishing with MEPF services.
• Coordination with customers, Consultant, and participation in coordination meeting
• Supply Chain Management or related experience
• Follow up for drawing and design with consultants.
• Exposure of handling the Finishing/ MEP work to the tune of 800 Crore
• Creates, Tracks, and manages, the progress of NSC
• Performs cost and price and Delivery analyses, even with limited information.
• Develops and executes broad based negotiation strategies, Bill certifications, reconciliation within TAT.
• Facilitates relationships between program office, NSC and customer
• Participates in development of Bill of quantities, Base schedule, Milestone forming and regularly tracking
