Finishing Foreman
📍 Maidstone, Kent (ME15 6XW)

💰 £240–£250 per day CIS
Frontline Construction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a residential development in Maidstone.
This is a hands-on role focused on driving the project through its final stages, managing subcontractors, coordinating finishing trades, and ensuring all snagging and completion works are delivered to programme.
Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day finishing works on site 
Coordinating and chasing subcontractors 
Working through snagging and completion schedules 
Monitoring quality and closing out defects 
Reporting progress to site management 
Maintaining health and safety standards on site 
Requirements
Valid CSCS Card 
SMSTS or SSSTS 
First Aid at Work
