About the Company: My client is seeking a Finishing Foreman to join their established team working on housing developments in the Louth area. This is a permanent position as a result of multiple new contracts coming through across Louth and Meath.

The successful candidate will be finishing out a project in Louth.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the finishing for residential projects in Louth
• Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Project Manager and Site Manager
• Oversee and manage manpower on site including direct staff and subcontractors.
