Finishes Foreman – Contract Role
Location: South Sydney (near Sydney Airport)
Contract Length: 12-month contract

Project: 4-tower residential development (approx. 240 apartments)
We are currently seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman for a long-term contract role on a large multi-tower residential apartment project in South Sydney.
This is a hands-on role suited to a Foreman with strong finishes experience across high-density residential builds, capable of driving quality, programme and subcontractor performance through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all internal and external finishes across multiple apartment towers
• Coordinate and supervise finishing trades including joinery, tiling, painting, flooring and façade finishes
