**Job Description**
The Finisher Operator supports the finishing department by performing a variety of production, packaging, and shipping tasks to prepare barcode label products for customers. This role involves operating finishing equipment, performing repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail, and working in a cleanroom environment while meeting established production quotas and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform basic packaging, kitting, boxing, and labeling of products in the finishing department.
+ Operate machines to print barcodes on labels and ensure accurate and consistent output.
+ Prepare rolls of barcode stickers and related products for shipment to customers.
+ Carry out shrink wrapping and other basic production labor tasks as needed.
+ Follow cleanroom procedures, including wearing required hairnet and gown, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
