**Job Description**

This 3rd shift Finisher role focuses on preparing metal products to precise customer specifications by performing grinding, sanding, deburring, and basic assembly tasks. You will use a variety of hand and power tools to remove excess metal, smooth surfaces, and ensure each product meets quality standards. The position also supports machine operators during downtime, involves routine inspection and quality assurance, and includes general housekeeping duties in a production environment.

**Responsibilities**
