**Job Description**
As a painter, you will be responsible for preparing and applying finishes to interior and exterior surfaces on small to mid-sized commercial projects. You will work in crews of 3 to 10 and adapt to non-climate-controlled environments. Ideal candidates possess over three years of experience, have strong attention to detail, and are proficient with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Knowledge of safety protocols, including OSHA standards, is essential.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean, sand, patch, and prime surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and a smooth finish.
+ Apply skilled brushing, rolling, and spraying techniques for both interior and exterior surfaces.
+ Mix paints to achieve precise colors and finishes, including matte, gloss, and textured coatings.
