Responsibilities Assists with standard System Acceptance Test (SAT) and operational testing within the Military Pay system architecture. Analyzes assigned problem areas and recommends best approach to correct data to include systematic fixes. Initiates systems updates when feasible and ensures changes to data do not affect current payroll processing. Assists senior specialists for the pay system updates to ensure project objectives and milestones are met. Prepares impact assessments and cost benefit analysis regarding systems changes to DJMS and DMO. Helps develop and maintain standardized training materials. Train personnel on new software capabilities. Helps identify necessary internal controls.
