• Audit lease contracts, billings, and collections.

• Coordinate with the Accounting, Leasing, and Operations departments to ensure proper documentation.
• Implement and monitor internal controls.
• Prepare periodic audit reports for management.
• Support process improvements and automation within financial systems.
