We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an **Financial Services Officer.**
**Principal Responsibilities** **:**
+ Provide assistance to customers experiencing financial difficulties through phone, email and face to face meetings to discuss debt restructuring proposals.
+ Ensure customers are fully understand the pros and cons of debt restructuring.
+ Where appropriate, explain and offer solutions such as the Inhouse Debt Restructured (GRF), Interbank Debt Relief Plan (IDRP) and Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) to help restructure debts.
+ Prepare debt restructuring proposals in line with prevailing policies for submission to the Manager for approval.
