• Understand and meet the financial needs of members, providing appropriate advice and recommendations.
• Offer large or complex credit and investment advice and proactively promote Meridian products and services.
• Meet and exceed individual and team‑based business goals, managing member portfolios and building long‑term relationships.
• Engage in revenue‑generating and sales‑based activities, including opening new member accounts and securing referrals.
• Provide exceptional member experience, demonstrating empathy, patience, and consultative skills.
