Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Security Advisor based in Montreal, QC, with flexibility for some work from home. The Financial Security Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals and needs, and provide tailored recommendations on life, illness, disability, and related insurance solutions. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting financial needs analyses, preparing and presenting proposals, supporting clients with applications and policy reviews, and maintaining ongoing relationships through regular follow‑ups. The role also involves staying current on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements, as well as participating in training, licensing, and professional development programs. The Financial Security Advisor will collaborate with internal teams and the broader agent network to share best practices and contribute to a positive, client‑centered culture.
