  The Role 


 Reporting to the Financial Controller and with 5 people reporting to the role (3 direct and 2 indirect), this role owns the core day-to-day accounting for the business, main responsibilities include;  Ownership of the GL and financial reporting process.
 Monthly reporting to ELT and the rest of the business.
 Annual Budget.
 Ownership of tax.
 Financial Statements.
 Team management.

 Fit is very important for this role, you need to be an open communicator, happy to mix with the wider team and business. Additionally, you will be a qualified accountant, ideally with experience in managing a team in a mid to large organisation.
