Financial Reporting

Role Purpose

Financial Reporting will lead the Financial Reporting function of the Bank and be responsible for end‑to‑end financial reporting, audit management, and financial governance .

The role ensures timely, accurate and compliant financial closes under IGAAP (for RBI‑regulated bank reporting) and Ind AS (for parent/group consolidation) .

The role also owns governance and compliance of Related Party Transactions (RPTs) and provides oversight and control over Finance Shared Services , which execute operational finance activities.
