Role Purpose

Financial Reporting will lead the Financial Reporting function of the Bank and be responsible for end‑to‑end financial reporting, audit management, and financial governance.

The role ensures timely, accurate and compliant financial closes under IGAAP (for RBI‑regulated bank reporting) and Ind AS (for parent/group consolidation).

The role also owns governance and compliance of Related Party Transactions (RPTs) and provides oversight and control over Finance Shared Services, which execute operational finance activities.
