Job Title: Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst with strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in reporting and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of financial statements, month-end processes, and account analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Perform account reconciliations (Bank, GL, Intercompany, etc.)
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
Maintain accuracy in general ledger entries
Support audit requirements and documentation
Prepare MIS reports for management review
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
