About the Role
Virtual Construct is hiring a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the Financial Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations for U.S.-based construction clients. This role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and operational accounting in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily bookkeeping records (GL, AP, AR)
- Process vendor bills, customer invoices, and payments
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

- Assist with month-end close and supporting schedules

- Support job cost tracking, WIP schedules, and expense allocation

- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records
