Casework (90%):
• Create basic to intermediate level financial plans with a high degree of accuracy for general OPS subscribers.
• With guidance, understand and apply special instructions that are outside of OPS standards. Make recommendations for improving standard work and/or work processes.
• Read and interpret output of financial plans and recognize and resolve basic inconsistencies. May need to escalate to address those requiring more advanced knowledge.
• Perform final quality checks for peers and more junior staff.
• Use basic planning and investment knowledge to provide flexibility on standard work.
Team Responsibilities and Client Experience (10%):
• Gives and receives regular feedback/information in an open and positive manner, utilizing the team’s supported communication channels.
• Recognizes and questions inconsistencies.
• Contributes to a positive environment by openly communicating new ideas/solutions, perspectives and ...
