Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager leads financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making and firm performance. Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights, oversee KPI development and performance tracking, and drive continuous improvement and automation of FP&A processes.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Manage annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting cycles
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models (revenue, utilization, headcount, margins)
• Support long-term financial planning aligned to firm strategy
• Ensure forecasts are robust, well-documented, and aligned to operational plans
