Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

**Overview**

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading the organization's business planning, projections, and analytical activities. This role serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership by providing financial insights, performance analysis, and recommendations that support informed decision-making and long-term business objectives.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead the annual business planning process, including staffing, operating, and capital budgeting, across the firm
+ Collaborate with other finance and functional teams to develop and maintain monthly and annual projections for profit and key metrics
+ Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and provide recommendations
+ Partner with Finance and Accounting to implement process enhancements and other solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making
