Review and admit investment funds—from mutual funds to alternatives and private market funds—ensuring their eligibility in FundSettle. Analyse fund documentation and translate it into clear, actionable FundSettle rules. Interact with clients and agents, answering questions with accuracy and a proactive mindset. Support other operational teams, helping them resolve queries and prioritising what truly matters for our clients. Engage in problem-solving, handling approvals and escalations within defined frameworks. Contribute to complex investigations, continuous improvements, and cross-team initiatives.
