Financial Modelling - Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring portfolio valuation engagements for Private Equity and Private Credit funds, with full accountability for both analytical and qualitative deliverables
• Develop and enhance valuation models (DCF, Market Comparable, LBO, Credit Models) and determine fair value in compliance with IFRS 13/ASC 820 standards
• Prepare high-quality investment memo supported by robust narratives, detailed methodology documentation, and clear justification of assumptions and valuation approaches
• Analyze portfolio company financials, industry trends, key value drivers, and business developments to assess valuation implications
• Perform sensitivity analyses, scenario modeling, recovery modeling, and risk-factor assessments, articulating findings clearly in reports
• Assist in delivering client-ready valuation reports, investment insights, and presentations for senior stakeholders
