About the role

Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is seeking a seasoned Financial Mentor to deliver CAPs Debt Help service to individuals and whānau experiencing money chaos across Aotearoa.

There is never a dull day in this collaborative and rewarding role. You will work alongside coaches and clients to provide practical, client‑centred support, helping people navigate financial difficulty and move toward long‑term stability and restoration.

Reporting to the Financial Mentor Manager, you will guide the client journey, providing support and solutions in line with Financial Mentoring best practice and CAP frameworks.
