Financial Manager (CA(SA), CIMA, or SAIPA )

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CIMA/CA(SA)/SAIPA qualification required)
• Minimum 58 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a management capacity
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG sectors highly desirable
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage Evolution, Pastel Partner, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of IFRS and South African tax/VAT regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
