FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST (TEAM LEAD)

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST (TEAM LEAD) in the Nuclear Weapons Surety, Acquisition, and Operations Branch (SP207) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS. Responsibilities You will serve as the principal fiscal advisor to decision-makers (GS15/O6), interpreting and applying Fiscal/Appropriation law, DoD/Navy regulations, and organizational policies to ensure alignment with the NWS Acquisition strategy within SSP. You will lead the formulation phase of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process to establish a Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) NWS portfolio of approximately $2.4B.
