Job Summary:

This PE backed B2B Events company, looking to hire a Finance Director who can help spearhead organic and M&A growth, delivering a successful exit in the next 2 years. The company have grown on average 20 YoY in the last 3 years and is looking to increase this through international expansion.

As Finance Director, you’ll have full responsibility for financial operations and will be key to enabling informed strategic decision making across the business, which will be key to ensuring they hit their ambitious growth targets in the coming years.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll head up the Finance team leading FP&A activities, financial reporting and compliance, with a strong focus on managing working capital.
