Financial Director

The Company: Real Estate Investment firm

The location: London City Centre (5 days in office)

We are currently working a growing Real Estate Investment firm who are looking for a Finance Director to join, having complete ownership of the finance function and help in the companies continuous growth.

The role:

• Oversight of the full finance function
• Maintenance & Oversight of all bookkeeping, reconciliation including transactional accounting
• Partnering with stakeholders on cost control, forecasting & drawdowns
• Deliver investor communications and fund updates
• Manage equity drawdowns and distributions
• Manage equity drawdowns and distributions in line with fund and JV documentation
• Ensure compliance with UK tax and regulatory obligations, including VAT
• Experience with transformation, implementing new systems etc
