Financial Director Europe (Barcelona)

FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures, to optimize the company’s financial performance. Manage all financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, tax compliance, audits and risk management. Monitor and analyze financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement dashboards, reporting tools, and analysis to support and assist the Management in decision‑making while providing strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management to mitigate the company's financial risks, including market, credit, and liquidity risks. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Supervise cash flow management, surplus cash investment, and operations financing.
