Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Stop Loss Finacial Coordinator to support our underwriting team. This role is heavily focused on Excel-based data management, quote processing, and coordination of underwriting files. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Quote Management:
Manage the quote inbox by prioritizing incoming requests, meeting turnaround deadlines, and responding to inquiries related to quotes. Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for quote data, which will be submitted to the underwriting intake team for further review.
Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues and resolve concerns related to quote requests.
