Your new company A fast-growing, PE-backed business is looking to recruit a Financial Controller on a permanent basis. Based in Central Bristol and offering hybrid working, we are looking for a technically strong accountant that can come in and manage a small team. Your new role Reporting to the CFO, this is a great opportunity to put your own personal stamp on a fast-paced business. You will lead a small finance team, own core reporting, and drive financial performance across international markets. The role will include: Team leadership - Lead, develop, and motivate a small finance team handling a broad operational remit. Month-end ownership - Oversee all ledger postings, balance sheet reconciliations, group consolidation, and review of reporting packs whilst delivering management accounts.
