They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and overall financial operations while ensuring strong financial control and compliance across the property.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in finance or accounting within a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and taxation.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with strong stakeholder, employee, and owner relations management.
