Financial Controller

Oversee and prepare group consolidation accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement), ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management and stakeholders
Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting, working closely with management to develop strategic financial plans
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with management
Oversee statutory reporting and regulatory filings to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
