We are recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller to join a well-established hospitality group based in Rustenburg.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong hospitality or travel industry experience who understands the operational and financial complexities of a hotel or resort environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full financial function of the property
Manage month-end and year-end financial close processes
Prepare and present monthly management reports and financial statements
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and income audit
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Ensure strong internal controls and statutory compliance
Support operational managers with financial insights and performance analysis
