gEnsure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
.Ensure all Balances are reconciled on monthly basi
sClosing the month end and reporting the numbers for Management reportin
gMaintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
.Governance & Complianc
eImplement internal controls and ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA)
.Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance policies, and audit requirements
.Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and compliance audits
.Cash Flow & Treasury Managemen
