nAccounting & Reportin

• gEnsure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• .Ensure all Balances are reconciled on monthly basi
• sClosing the month end and reporting the numbers for Management reportin
• gMaintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations

.Governance & Complianc

• eImplement internal controls and ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA)
• .Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance policies, and audit requirements
