Financial Controller | High-Growth SME

We are partnering with a fast-growing, contract-led services business to recruit a Financial Controller | High-Growth SME, based in Milton Keynes . This is a high-impact role within a dynamic and evolving environment, offering the opportunity to shape and modernise the finance function.

The business is currently in the early stages of its finance transformation journey, with a number of processes still manual. As such, this role will suit a hands-on, forward-thinking finance leader who enjoys driving change, improving controls, and implementing scalable, automated solutions.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of group financial reporting, controls, and team leadership, while playing a key role in enhancing processes and supporting continued growth.
