Role Summary

The Financial Controller will lead the finance and accounting vertical at Chakr Innovation. The role ensures accuracy in financial reporting, governance, compliance, treasury management, and investor reporting across the company. The Controller will support strategic planning, project-level financial management, and company-wide financial discipline.

1. Financial Reporting and Accounting Accuracy

KRA

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Maintenance of accurate accounting records and ledgers for all entities.

Delivery of error-free MIS reports for investor and leadership review.

KPI

Timeliness of monthly closures and reporting.

Zero major audit observations or restatements.

Accuracy level of MIS reports measured through variance checks.
