Financial Controller Onsite (Full Time) Reports to VP Finance

The Financial Controller will play a key role in building a strong, efficient, and scalable accounting function - one that is closely aligned with operations and project teams, delivers fast and accurate reporting, improves job costing and cash flow visibility, and actively identifies opportunities for automation and process improvement.

This role reports to the VP Finance and works closely with the Accountant, Project Managers, Inventory Manager and Operations leadership, and is ideal for a hands‑on controller with construction or manufacturing accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities Customer Invoicing & Revenue Recognition

Own the end-to-end monthly customer invoicing process, including percentage-of-completion and progress invoicing.

Establish and maintain improved revenue recognition policies with the VP Finance.
