Financial Controller - Main Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly reports and derive actionable insights from financial figures.Engage with managers regularly to discuss results and conduct formal monthly reviews comparing actuals to budgets.Analyze financial and operational performance deeply to understand and explain the drivers behind results.Support managers with initiatives to enhance performance and provide coaching to help them achieve their financial and operational goals.Coordinate with General Accounting teams to produce monthly analytical reports, standardize reporting formats, and streamline the production process.Ensure accurate billing and margin recognition of all projects on schedule.
