We are excited to be partnering with a privately owned, fast-growing construction business in Brisbane seeking a commercially sharp Financial Controller to work directly with the GM and Directors.

The Role

This is not your standard Financial Controller role. This is for someone who understands how projects actually run on site. You can translate daily operational performance into margin, cashflow and commercial outcomes. This is hands-on. High visibility. Operationally embedded and is a project financial control in a multi-project, construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily job costing & Project P&L reporting
• Weekly WIP & stage of completion revenue recognition
• Forecast cost-to-complete & margin-to-complete
• Project cashflow forecasting & progress claim tracking
