Job Description

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an SME based in Banbury to recruit a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will receive a salary of up to £60,000 (potentially negotiable) along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working after an initial settling in period.
This is a broad role, and would suit an individual who doesn't mind rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck into the full accounting function.
Primary responsibilities; 
Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Production and analysis of profit & loss reports
Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting
Cash flow forecasting and cash management
Budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
Preparation of financial reports and commentary for Directors
Work closely with the Directors on strategic planning and business growth
