Financial Controller

TXM are working with a long term, loyal client who need a Finance Controller to join their finance team. Our client is looking for an experienced candidate with at least 3 years’ experience and experience in a leadership position with the ability to run and look after a team.
Our client is looking to offer a Three – Six Month Fixed term contract with the opportunity to be a permanent member of staff at the end of this.
 
This role has multiple aspects, but the key responsibilities include:
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Deliver consolidated financial reports, variance analysis, KPIs, and commercial insights to support decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting, manage rolling forecasts, and conduct scenario planning aligned with business strategy.
Cost Management and Profitability: Oversee cost controls, conduct margin analysis, and implement cost optimisation strategies while maintaining service quality.
