FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We're partnering with a growing logistics organisation seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team. This new role is a broad, hands-on role combining finance leadership with commercial support and operational business partnering.

This is a highly visible position suited to someone who thrives in an SME environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to drive process improvement, strengthen commercial controls and improve cash performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end finance function including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Partner with the Director and Operations Managers to improve commercial outcomes and operational performance
• Drive working capital improvements, debtor management and cash conversion initiatives
