Job Description

• Contact customers with overdue accounts through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Review and monitor delinquent accounts to ensure timely payment and resolution.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and provide solutions to help customers settle outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment commitments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service while handling sensitive or difficult conversations.

Qualification

• Must be at least a High School or Senior High School graduate ; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage .
• 1–2 years of experience
