Job Description
- Contact customers with overdue accounts through phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Review and monitor delinquent accounts to ensure timely payment and resolution.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and provide solutions to help customers settle outstanding balances.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or account issues.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment commitments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while handling sensitive or difficult conversations.
Qualification
- Must be at least a High School or Senior High School graduate ; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage .
- 1–2 years of experience
