Job Description
The Financial and Administrative Manager will be responsible for the integrated management of the company’s financial, administrative, and operational support areas, ensuring control, efficiency, compliance, and financial sustainability of the business. This role will operate both strategically and operationally, supporting leadership in decision-making and organizing internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, control, and monitor cash flow (short, medium, and long term)
- Prepare and track budget, forecast, and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor financial indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports
- Support the board in financial feasibility analysis and decision-making
- Interface with accounting, auditing, and financial institutions
