Financial Analyst

The position

This is an opportunity for candidate with a foundational understanding of accounting, finance or economics majors to foster an in-depth knowledge in infrastructure projects and private equity companies, along with the financial frameworks that underlie them.

This role involves conducting thorough equity price and debt analyses for unlisted constituents, aiming to collect transaction‑based multiples for equity and debt inputs from the market. Subsequently, derive meaningful insights applicable to infrastructure and private equity investments. This involves reviewing equity transactions to grasp pricing dynamics, global deal flows, and equity valuations. Additionally, they will assess debt structures and financing arrangements for unlisted constituents, including terms of debt issuance, covenants, and interest rates.
