Financial Analyst

Bullboat UK, a boutique distributor accelerating sales for innovative consumer tech products across European retailers, is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance team — working closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Assistant, and reporting to the Finance Director. This is a senior, hands-on role with two pillars: owning the monthly management accounts cycle, and building the financial models that underpin our forecasting, budgeting and commercial decision-making. You will work alongside the Finance Director to shape how the function uses AI and automation — from accelerating the close, to interrogating large datasets, to stress-testing models — and will be expected to bring a point of view on where these tools add real value (and where they don't).
