Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate critical financial reports, ensuring alignment.
• Develop robust financial models that inform key business decisions.
• Lead the coordination and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Provide Tier 2 functional maintenance and support for our finance systems (Oracle/EPM).
• Drive continuous process improvements in reporting and planning across business units.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or MIS (CPA preferred)
• At least 3 years of professional finance/accounting experience
• Strong expertise in Financial Modelling and Sensitivity Analysis (Expert proficiency required)
• Proven capacity for critical thinking, systems design, and strong communication skills
